Sometimes when you hit goal early on, you don’t know what the rest of the journey looks like. We have watched this strong-willed, disciplined, and humble woman get to her first goal and not only maintain it, but redefine HER OWN process and the way she wants to look and feel.
Even with adding on two more pounds, she is a true picture of what muscle gain looks like.
