Daliana!! Here is Daliana!! She’s lost 27.25″ and 16.8 lbs. She is 8 or 9 lbs from goal then we get to build!! This girl shows up with hardly any sleep and gives it her all…all while my smiling big!! No matter we are doing….running, jumping, burpees, machines she is smiling. I love the energy she brings to 9 am!! She will be at goal before we know it!! Keep pushing mam!! You’re doing amazing!!
