We offer a number of group fitness classes ranging from Crazy Spin, LESMILLS BODYPUMP, Tabata, to The LAB, LESMILLS CXWorx, Body Blast, PiYo Stretch, & more. Here is a description of each class and our class schedule:

“CRAZY” SPIN is not your average cycle class.

The 45 – 60 minute class is designed to burn fat, tone those stubborn areas and leave you feeling invigorated.

Instructors incorporate motivational music guaranteed to inspire you.

Whether you are just beginning or you have been on your fitness journey, every class is tailored to your own personal level.

Video Thumbnail LESMILLS BODYPUMP

LESMILLS BODYPUMP™ (1 hour) BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

TABATA (1 hour) Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that lasts four minutes. The workout circuit lasts only four minutes, but it’s likely to be one of the longest four minutes you’ve ever endured.

The structure of the program is as follows:

  • Workout hard for 20 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Complete eight rounds

You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds until you complete eight sets. It combines light weight training for toning and cardio together. This is an excellent class that can change things up for you, increase your speed and endurance and help tone up your body! We promise you will leave here sweating!!

The LAB (Legs + Abs + Butt = LAB) (1 hour) is where we create those legs and abs you want!! This is an intense leg and ab training class that works everything from the neck down and the knees up!

The class uses a variety of exercises and equipment to tighten and tone legs, glutes, abs and core! Class ends with some great stretching for those tired muscles!

CXWORX is all about building core strength, improving functional fitness of the abdominals, mid-section, and glutes, as well as working the cross-slings, which run from the upper to lower body.

Basically, CXWORX targets everything from the mid-thigh up to the shoulders, which is an area also known as your trunk

PiYo Stretch (45 minute class)

Using only your body weight, STRONG by Zumba® will test your strength and stamina in a powerful cardio and muscle-conditioning session in one, all led by music. It’s time to really make the most out of your workout.

Body Blast:
This is a 45 minute class that will combine resistance training and cardio. It’s a non-stop body sculpting and heart pumping class packed with cardio, strength and core exercises. Combining circuits, intervals and sustained movements this class is made to build your stamina and overall strength.
