Nicole didn’t let the quarantine 15 get her! She signed up a few weeks before Covid happened but that didn’t stop her! She showed up for all of the zoom workouts and continued to zoom until this month! I was excited to see her back in the gym! She’s lost 10”. She joined bootcamp to tone up and that she is doing!! Proud of you Nicole! Keep pushing and working hard! Quiet but strong!!
