We offer many types of Memberships: 

General Gym: You get unlimited access to all of our Group Fitness Classes and access to gym area.

BootCamps: BootCamp is high intensity training that includes weights and cardio mixed together. BootCamps are done in a group setting, 3x a week and are 1 hour sessions. They are designed to burn fat, lose weight and create lean muscle. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Personal Training: More tailored to the individual client and their needs. Workouts are done one on one with the trainer. Sessions are 30 min long. Workouts vary depending on client needs and/or level of fitness.

Online Training: This training is mainly for those who have a general knowledge of working out but need the direction of a trainer for specific workouts and also accountability. This works well for those who live out of town or those that are local but enjoy working out on their own. This offers all the same benefits of one on one training you would get inside the gym. Workouts are created by the trainer specific to clients needs/goals.
