Congrats to this beautiful lady Kat for hitting her goal 2 years ago today and maintaining it -that is no easy task. But by continuing to show up and set new goals she is constantly raising the bar. She is not only doing this for herself but motivating and helping so many others along the way. If you come into contact with her you are sure to be pushed further, then you think you can go. She is one selfless woman that I love, cherish, and appreciate so dearly.
Some words from Kat on how she does it…. That is no easy task what we do but if you sacrifice keep your eyes on the prize yourself you can conquer it. they ask me how you do it. I tell them I try and live as normal as possible I eat what I want from time to time I eat out every now and then I hit the parties, but I pick and choose when I’m going to do these things. Another thing I jump right back on it!!! I don’t stay away from the gym because I had my indulge I get my butt to the gym and handle my business!!!
