Ms. Dana made a promise to Apphia to hit her goal during her second round of bootcamp! Apphia’s reply back was … it’s not a promise to me, it’s a promise to yourself.
Well today she delivered on that promise… even with a hip injury she hit her goal!!!!!
She has lost over 60 pounds. She is our quiet giant, she speaks her mind, and tells it like it is!
We have grown to love this woman dearly as she holds a special place in our hearts and lives!
